How DPF Filter Cleaning/Restoration Works

We do not promise miracles overnight - we stand behind our services, which is why you should allow 2-3 working days for DPF filter restoration.

DPF restoration includes diagnostics of sensors and other components that affect DPF filter lifespan and clogging.

The DPF filter is then removed and visually inspected. Mechanically damaged, cracked or broken filters cannot be restored.

The filter is subsequently checked for flow and the type of contamination. Different types of contamination (fuel, oil, soot) are restored in different ways.

After restoration, filter flow is measured again and the filter is installed back into the vehicle.

Finally, diagnostics are performed again, including filter value reset and new filter setup, together with a test drive.
