Warm start fix
Does the engine crank easily but refuse to start when warm? We can solve this with a software fix in the control unit for prolonged hot starts.
EGR deactivation
If you have EGR valve issues such as slight hesitation during steady driving or increased fuel consumption, disabling the EGR may be the right choice.
Disabling the EGR negatively affects DPF lifespan. We recommend it only for vehicles without a particulate filter or when the filter has already been removed.
DPF deactivation
If you are dealing with a clogged diesel particulate filter, frequent regenerations, low power or high fuel consumption, and the cost of a new filter exceeds the value of the vehicle, removal may be the right solution.
Removing the DPF makes the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and it will not pass technical inspection.
AdBlue deactivation
If you want to reduce running costs or you are bothered by constant AdBlue refills, disabling AdBlue dosing may be the right solution.
Readiness monitor calibration
Readiness calibration adjusts the state of individual OBD monitors so that diagnostic checks can complete correctly after a software modification and emissions inspection issues are reduced.
