EGR deactivation
If you have EGR valve issues such as slight hesitation during steady driving or increased fuel consumption, disabling the EGR may be the right choice.
Disabling the EGR negatively affects DPF lifespan. We recommend it only for vehicles without a particulate filter or when the filter has already been removed.
Swirl flap deactivation
The now outdated swirl flap system often causes serious problems, especially if a flap comes loose and falls into the engine. We offer software deactivation of this system.
After the software modification, we recommend mechanically blanking the flaps with a repair kit, which is not included in the service.
DPF deactivation
If you are dealing with a clogged diesel particulate filter, frequent regenerations, low power or high fuel consumption, and the cost of a new filter exceeds the value of the vehicle, removal may be the right solution.
Removing the DPF makes the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and it will not pass technical inspection.
AdBlue deactivation
If you want to reduce running costs or you are bothered by constant AdBlue refills, disabling AdBlue dosing may be the right solution.
