Automatic transmission shift optimization
For selected vehicles, some shift parameters can be adjusted, such as shift speed, shift RPM and similar values.
This optimization can make driving more comfortable and reduce fuel consumption thanks to shorter delays between gear changes.
EGR deactivation
If you have EGR valve issues such as slight hesitation during steady driving or increased fuel consumption, disabling the EGR may be the right choice.
Disabling the EGR negatively affects DPF lifespan. We recommend it only for vehicles without a particulate filter or when the filter has already been removed.
DPF deactivation
If you are dealing with a clogged diesel particulate filter, frequent regenerations, low power or high fuel consumption, and the cost of a new filter exceeds the value of the vehicle, removal may be the right solution.
Removing the DPF makes the vehicle illegal for use on public roads and it will not pass technical inspection.
Popcorn limiter activation
The popcorn limiter modifies engine behavior at the rev limiter to create the characteristic interrupted sound at standstill or low speed. It is suitable only for selected performance-oriented vehicles.
