Automatic transmission shift optimization
Optimizing the shift strategy of an automatic transmission brings smoother driving, faster throttle response and better use of engine power. The gearbox shifts at ideal RPM so the engine is not unnecessarily lugged, which improves comfort in everyday driving as well as acceleration dynamics. The modification can also reduce unnecessary downshifts and repeated searching for the right gear.
Start-Stop system disable
The Start-Stop system automatically shuts the engine off when the vehicle stops, for example at traffic lights, in order to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. In practice, however, it often feels intrusive, slows down take-offs, reduces driving comfort and unnecessarily strains the starter and battery. Disabling this function provides smoother and more natural vehicle behavior without constant engine stop-start cycles.
Disabling the Start-Stop system may lead to a slight increase in fuel consumption and emissions, especially in city driving.
Hot start repair
Some vehicles may suffer from hot start issues, where the engine cranks for too long, starts reluctantly or behaves irregularly once warm. By adjusting the software, we correct unsuitable start map settings and ensure quick, smooth and reliable starts even with a warmed-up engine.
This modification does not solve issues caused by a faulty fuel pump – in such cases, a mechanical repair is required.
Speed limiter disable
Is the top speed limiter preventing you from using the car's full performance potential? We offer its deactivation so the vehicle can reach its true maximum potential without artificial restriction.
EGR valve disable
The EGR valve (exhaust gas recirculation) is designed to reduce emissions, but in practice it often causes intake contamination, power fluctuations or a higher failure rate. By disabling the EGR, the engine runs cleaner, throttle response improves and the risk of carbon buildup is reduced.
Disabling the EGR may lead to faster DPF clogging and increased emissions.
Swirl flap disable
Swirl flaps in the intake manifold are designed to improve combustion at low load, but over time they often become clogged with carbon and may cause irregular engine operation or mechanical problems. By disabling them, we eliminate the risk of seizure or damage and ensure more stable and reliable engine operation.
For maximum reliability, we also recommend mechanically blanking the flaps.
DPF disable
Are you struggling with a clogged diesel particulate filter, frequent regenerations, loss of power or increasing fuel consumption? If the cost of DPF repair or replacement is unreasonably high, we offer a software DPF disable that removes these issues and restores reliable, smooth engine operation.
Removing or disabling the DPF makes the vehicle technically unfit for road use and it will not pass a roadworthiness inspection.
Lambda sensor disable
Do you use a sports exhaust where installing a lambda sensor is not possible, or are you dealing with lambda sensor faults and error messages? We offer a software lambda disable that ensures stable engine operation without unwanted limitations.
Disabling the lambda sensor limits closed-loop combustion control, which may affect fuel consumption, emissions and engine management precision. This modification is mainly intended for modified vehicles and is not suitable for regular road use.
AdBlue disable
Do you want to reduce operating costs, are you tired of constantly refilling AdBlue, or are you dealing with repeated failures of this system? By disabling AdBlue injection, we remove these concerns and help you avoid often unreasonable and repeated repair costs that can easily reach thousands.
Readiness calibration of emission monitors
Readiness calibration adjusts the status of individual OBD monitors so that diagnostic tests can be completed correctly. In practice, it can help bypass emissions inspection issues, for example when the vehicle has a fault or a modified emissions system.
This modification interferes with the vehicle's emission diagnostic systems and may conflict with legal requirements. A vehicle with this modification may not meet the conditions for road use.
Hardcut activation (popcorn effect)
By modifying the rev limiter (hardcut), we achieve a characteristic interrupted sound when the engine reaches the RPM limit. This effect, known from sport-modified vehicles, gives the car a more aggressive and distinctive character especially while stationary or at low speed.
This modification places significant stress on the engine and exhaust system (especially the turbo and catalytic converter) and may lead to faster wear or damage. It is not suitable for normal road use or stock vehicles without further supporting modifications.
Active exhaust flap disable
The active exhaust flap regulates exhaust gas flow and thus also the vehicle's noise level. In some cases, however, it limits the sound character or behaves unpredictably. By disabling it, we ensure a permanently open exhaust, a stable sound and a more natural character without electronic intervention.
Disabling the flap may lead to increased noise, especially under acceleration. The vehicle may therefore no longer meet legal noise limits for regular road use and this should be taken into account.
