How long does particulate filter removal take?

• The software part takes about 2-4 hours; if complete removal including mechanical work is required, the service is completed by the next day.

I have a chipped vehicle. Can the particulate filter still be removed?

• Yes, vehicles that have already undergone chiptuning can also be modified.

My vehicle is under warranty. Will I lose the warranty because of this intervention?

• According to statements from authorized service centers, you will not lose the vehicle warranty; however, warranty repairs cannot be claimed for the exhaust system.

Will I meet the emission limits at the emissions testing station?

• Yes, we had randomly selected vehicles tested at an emissions station and they passed without problems.

Is particulate filter removal legal?

• From the point of view of Slovak legislation, no; however, we have not encountered any case where a customer had a problem at the technical inspection or emissions test.
  

Is this solution permanent?

• Yes, particulate filter removal is permanent. In about 2% of vehicles, the engine warning light may come on within the first 500 km when the control unit evaluates an old stored fault; in that case, just visit us and we will fine-tune the modification while you wait.
